Jurid brake pads?

Recommended Posts

I've used them, same as oem. They seem to have the similar quality and compounds as ATE, Textar, etc. They used to be the oem manufacturer for alot of BMW's brake pads. For a stock pad, they are fine. Jurid are far better then manufacturers like PBR(poor casting, poor pad compound).

<_< Anyone has used Jurid brake pads? My mechanics recommends that over Texstar pads?  What do you think? Thanks,

Porsche uses Textar, Jurid, & Pagid. The pads you purchase from an aftermarket supplier may not be the same pads you get from Porsche, even if they are Textar, Jurid, or Pagid. I have seen aftermarket pads with the Porsche logo ground off. I have had instances where I used Textar, Jurid, or Pagid pad and had horrible squeel, when switching over to Porsche dealer pads, the noise went away.

Some Porsche dealer pads are priced very close to aftermarket suppliers, but this changes alot.

I have JURID 277 GG on my car and need to replace and cant find them anywhere, can anyone help. They are for 8 piston front Brembo brakes

I'm looking for this

can any one help me?

Hi, you are in luck! I have got a set of jurid 277GG left from my Brembo 8 piston Caliper Brakes on my modified Porsche 996 GT2 because it is stolen 1 and 1/2 years ago. Because i used my car on the Racetrack i have got a set of racetechnology Brakepads from Brembo as well. They fit in, but have no branding on it. Both sets are totally brand new. Find attached a picture and i will send the other one on request.

If you have got interest please let me know and make me an offer: marcbronzel@web.de

I am from germany. Both sets will save shipping costs. ;-)
