PSE installation help.

Recommended Posts

Hello

Currently, I am trying to install PSE for 997 S(w/chrono pkg) but I have no idea how to install electronics on PSE. :(

I have read the instructions for 996 PSE, but the switch part is different.

I also have search around every forums on internet and have no luck.

Anyone knows how to install the electronics on 997S PSE?

I apprecaite it.

That is covered in a 14 page TSB from Porsche. Contributing Members can read all TSBs online here.

Contributions help defer the cost of running this site and providing this information to you. No one has to contribute but many members do. Without contributions this site would either have to go subscription or cease to exist.

You should be all set now. Thank you for your support.

Look in the 997 section for TSB 2/05 2601 Sport Exhaust System Installation Instructions (I No. XLF)

I have clicked the link and view it and all it shows the driver's manual(192 pages).

Seems like all other links are also same as other link.(index.pdf)

I sent you a PM with instructions.

I really apprecaite it! :D

My dealer installed my PSE on my 2006 997 3.6 so it functions the way it used to on the 996: I have it so it's closed normally, when I want to hear the car purr I press the button and it opens up. I like that a lot better than the goofy open or closed at various rpm ranges or speeds. There is an extra relay or something that they had to put in, I can take a picture of the extra relay if you guys want.

From the Donation page: "Many times you will be upgraded within a few minutes but it could take up to 24 hours." I upgraded you within 20 minutes of your donation ...it is Christmas day here.
