Does anyone have info on what goes wrong when filler door becomes loose?  Observed it in one car I just drove,  and when looked up online, there is a lot of people chiming in that they have issues with opening or loose fuel door.  When I pick up the car i want to make sure I check it and address if it needs work.

Thank you.

Sorry, I do not see any TSBs for the fuel door issue.

There have been at least 4 updates to the parts that are the hinge and fastening point.

If you buy a car then consider getting the latest updated part (for that model year).

Cool.  Just drove the car back home from CA and wow,  it was most awesome 18 hours of my driving.  Loving the car.

Yes the fuel door works just fine, but if I grab the door, I can easily make it wiggle.  Assume it is the hinge that needs replacement.

I tried to find PN for it, but keep getting other model numbers.

Do you happen to know what PN I would need?  any hints on how it is replaced?

Much appreciated.

Much appreciated.

Would you happen to have insight into how this cup would be replaced?  I have few other things lined up for work, but am curious of difficulty level on this.

Any manual diagrams, or steps would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you again Loren.
