  3. Yes 996110 is a C2 LHD and 996111 is a C2 RHD (according to POSES).
  4. Try 1452
  5. Try 0872
  6. It just unscrews - replacement in your interior color. Should be simple.
  7. Try 9813
  8. Back in 2006 Porsche started putting a tamper byte the ECU - I'm pretty sure once that byte has been set it cannot be reset by normal means. Have you tried FVD to see if other California customers have reported this? and what they did )if anything)?
  9. Try 2562
  10. Try 8967
  11. New batteries still die whether AGM or wet cell. I have seen good 8 year old batteries and I have seen bad 3 month old batteries. You likely just got a bad/weak one - you never know how long a battery sat on the shelf before you purchase it.
  12. The connector could be for the side marker light? The rubber and clear hose is a vent for the battery. Since the battery is inside the car (front trunk) it needs a vent for the gases. A compatible battery will have the proper vent hose connector.
  13. AGM will be fine with or without a battery tender. The newer (since the late 1990's) battery tenders adjust for the battery type.
  14. Try 5249
  15. Try 8981
  16. Try 0694
  17. Try 9034
  18. Try 6804
  19. The dealer's PIWIS tester should have caught a bad control unit. I would start following the wiring back from the front right sensor looking for damage by road hazard or even mice chewing on the wires.
  20. Have someone press down on the boot (gently) while you release the switch.
  21. Could also be the cam position sensor itself.
  22. Those MY08 wheels have different offsets which I guess you found out.
  23. Try 9627
  24. So it did work at one time? Seems like a Porsche shop with a PST2 or PIWIS would be able to narrow it down more. Or at least try to reprogram it. One hesitates to remove the steering wheel because of the airbag (spring) and some delicate wire connections. But in the end that may be required.
  25. Try 4951
