  1. Keep it simple and switch the right low beam with the left high beam, if the result is inverse replace both bulbs.
  2. Looks like a blocked compressor, a trip to dealer or AC specialist is a must to replace the compressor, examination why he is blocked, cleaning the AC system, changing the dryer, inspect where the leak is and repair, replace the poly V belt and filling up the system.
  3. You can order new leather, if the seat frame, heater element and foam is still in a good condition.

  5. one on the left and one on the right front, just in front of the cooling water radiators.
  6. There is no need to replace the evaporator when no leaks are detected, you have to remove the entire dashboard to change the evaporator. It is recommended to change the dryer-receiver at the same time with the condenser(s).
  7. Remove the rear bumper shell, the light alloy bumper and the secondary heat shield. The exhaust heat shield is bold on the exhaust, look what's happen, could be loose bolds or rusty shield. To replace the shield you have to remove the exhaust, which is not difficult, and you got better access to the turbo shields.
  8. There is definitely no noise before the central bolt break.
  9. Superb Lexus warranty, looks like only the halogen bulbs are covered.
  10. Xenon bulbs works with electrodes ( same principle as an electric or tig welding unit ) not with filament's as halogen bulbs.
  11. Check the quantity of satellites the PCM recives in the open air, if you reed less of 4 you got a GPS antenna failure, not uncommon problem on Cayenne.
  12. Turbo and C4/s in the trunk under the trim in front of the battery, C2 under the battery.
  13. Thanks azzarO, city/park/possition light, different names for the same bulb.
  14. What is a city light? If it is a parking light in combination with the factory HID, you need a small ( expensive, special and short life ) halogen bulb, the exact bulb type is in your service manual.
  15. For RHD cars: the opposite side. A trip to the dealer is recommended IMHO.
  16. 1) Let the engine idle with AC off after a run. 2) Remove the low speed relays and make a bridge with a wire, ignition on with cold or warm engine.
  17. pkust Is it possible that your friend bought a sender coming from the air coolers ?
  18. Go to the dealer to start the wake up process of the control box again, there is a good chance that the control box is returned in sleep mode. The control box is situated for LHD cars on the passenger front side against the firewall. ( from the book in French: Le calculateur PASM est fixé sur le tablier avant à droite, plancher coté passager )
  19. As Loren mentioned, look at the hood latch release build in switch.
  20. If you want to just bolt in without problems, search for the same MY. Younger types could be different. ( DME - engine design - wiring - connections )
  21. You got a tiptronic i understood from previous postings, ATF is the one you need than. I don't no if MOTUL is on the list.
  22. alex 55 They have MANUAL transmissions. ;)
  23. kunkstyle Remove the grommet and close the car with the fuel flap open, you can see the locking pin now with the manual ( emergency )plastic cable connection. It is the connection point which push the grommet out when closing the car. Apply a small amount of grease on the length of locking pin and install the grommet in the RIGHT possition, problem solved.
  24. You have to clean the pressure plate to see cracks. The cracks ( always in the diaphragm ) are located where the fingers begin.
