  1. those wheels should fit fine,, its like having a pair 5mm/11mm spacers around. I got a box of Eibch pro springs sitting in my garage.
  2. 1.check for any crack(post area) + vent line,,,,terminal corrosion is usually caused by hydrogen gas gasing(venting out) 2.check all the main wiring 3.dis-simillar metal can also be responsible for this, take a look at your terminal connection (battery post being lead againt coated copper/stamped steele?)
  3. there are many after market amps out there stable at as low as 1/2 ohm,,,,,phoenix gold,PPI,Orion+ especially running a pair of subs, U don't really want them to be 4ohm load, usually they are bridged mono in 2ohm load.
  4. Yes your Bentley is right,,, sort of I took a look at my diagram, a BR/YE wire is not coming from the locking module but it does share the connection point X11 & X12 which is connection WL passenger compartment WL door. This BR/YE actually comes from alarm control module then juntioned at connection pt 73/spliced into 3 ways to feed the dome, both door lights Yes it should work if U tap into this,,,,,right under your driver seat.
  5. I belive it is, in my opinion it is best to leave that enclosure alone the way they are supposed to be. I'm sure that BOSE's high paid engineers spent their time to figured it out at its best performance. Is it not a wast of time upgrading them if you have the Bose sysytem, something to do with impedances ?
  6. vented means ported enclosure,,,U can actually tune port your sub enclosure by venting it
  7. It has a total of five speakers, I thought A Bass-Reflex Sub Two Mid-Tone Speakers. Two High-Tone Tweeters
  8. I'm hoping not 63HZ. running my RF 8" sub low passed at 80HZ, RF dash speakers at +250HZ,,,your new HU definately needs a better pair of speakers.
  9. yes u could ring them out, all u need is an ohm meter.
  10. Hankook & Kumho both made in Korea tires came in 2nd & 3rd,,,wow I got a set of Nexen N3000(also made in korea) on my 986S and a set of Hankook ventus on my S500. Great tires for its price, regardless their prices with its best braking & grip- Hankook Ventus V12 is probably the best tire out there now,,,,,,
  11. most likely it's the relay under the dash. usually buzzing means fried relay,,,
  12. I think what U need is 000 044 801 03 . might want to take a look at these,,, http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...c=20577&hl= http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...c=20578&hl=
  13. with et 56 offset they should fit , U will need some spacers.
  14. is it hard to start when engine is hot?
  15. try to re-route your signal wires or RCA cables if U got em as orient suggested. try to re- locate grounding bonding point closer to battery.
  16. +1 oil residue in the coolant tank isn't necessarily an indication of a blown head gasket. Seals fail in the oil cooler, allowing coolant and engine oil to mix. Perhaps it is time to perform a oil cooler pressure test,,, http://mx.truveo.com/996-Oil-Cooler-Pressu...st/id/811207909
