  1. Loren, Do you have the wiring diagram for the light switch? Color of wire to pin#? Thanks.
  2. Just went to napa auto parts to pick up the ignition switch to give it a try. Replaced it and it and it's the same. Light switch next?
  3. Thanks Loren. Never thought to look at the ignition switch.
  4. I've been havin intermittent issues with my instructment cluser and interior lights (a/c climent, interior buttons). I tried wiggling the light switch but does not help. When driving, in about 30mins to 1 hour or so, it turns on and stays on for inconsisant amount of time. Is it the light switch or is there a relay that i need to check? Thanks
  5. Loren, Can you PM me the troubleshooting steps. I am getting the ABS PSM fault code 4460 from Durametric Thanks.
  6. Loren, I too have installed a fixed wing. I have '02 996TT. I get the spoiler warning light if i go over 74 MPH. Will jumping pin2 and pin5 disable the warning? I've tried the procedure in the earlier post by removing the spoiler drive power wire and moving pin 4 to 2 and 2 to 4. It didn't work. Thanks.
  7. I will be changing my clutch next sunday. Are there any special tools needed to get the job done? Any gotchas that i have to look for? This is for '02 996 TT. Thanks!
  8. Does the engine bracket work on a 996tt? i am going to attempt to do the clutch myself.
  9. I am in need of rear tires. I want to get some Toyo T1R. They do not make the OEM size. The size closes is 295/35/18. Can I run that in the rear? If I can, do i need to match up the front to 225/45/18. Or can I run 225/40/18 until i need new tires on the front then get 225/45/18?
  10. Didn't have time to bring to the dealer yet. I noticed I can't turn on cruise control. I accidently hit the cruise control on/off switch and noticed the light didn't turn on. Is there a similar switch for the cruise control?
  11. No electrical/wiring done on the car. Guess it is time to bring it into the dealers.
  12. Loren, That is the switch i changed out. I noticed another thing this morning. With my parking lights off. When I press my brake pedal, I see the passenger side marker and the light in the headlight light up. I only noticed the passenger side and not the driver side. What else could be wrong? Thanks.
  13. that is the correct switch i got. Part number is correct. what is the Brake pedal position sensor in one of the fault code?
  14. I will verify the part number. The one i changed is right at the brake pedal.
  15. I changed it with this one. http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/merchant...=986BRAKESWITCH
