  1. I think the part was a little over $200(can't remember) It would be an easy fix except some of the pieces which had to come off were seized and required a very small puller (which I didn't have) to remove. I think labour was an hour.
  2. I ended up having to replace the whole wiper assembly.
  3. Any updates to this problem, as I'm having the exact same issue. I'm not sure if its the CV or something more serious. Any input? Thanks Andy
  4. It dropped out of the pan with no issues, it won't fit through the aluminum crossmember and the oil pan. I turned it every direction for an hour and a half and just had to reinstall the old one.
  5. I have the oil drained and the sensor screws out but can't get the sensor out. It seems like every way you turn it it just won't slip out. Anyone done this?
  6. Great pictures and helpful tips. What is the jack supporting in the pictures? Thanks to everyone for the help.
  7. I'm installing a hitch this weekend and am wondering what people have used to cut out the bumper. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks Andy
  8. The wipers will move if I help them along, the motor sounds very weak. It does'nt take alot of pressure on my part to pull the wipers along. Itried getting to the motor last night but could not pull the wiper arms off. Anybody taken those off before?
  9. So last night I go to clean my windshield and the wipers get half way up the windshield and they just stop. I try again and they just slowly pulse back and forth 6 inches either way in the middle of the windshield. Would people agree that i need to replace the wiper motor or could it be somethimg else. Thanks Andy
  10. Try removing your headlights and check how tight the connector is inside the engine bay behind the lights. I understand that sometimes they work themselves loose and just need to be re-tightened.
  11. Good to know. I think I now know my first upgrade. Thanks for helping me spend more money Roxboxxx  !!
  12. I found that if the air conditioner is on in traffic then the temp is stable. If I drive with the windows open in traffic the temp creeps up and then falls again.
  13. I bought mine with 94000 km's on it, and I now have 108000 with no complaints. I just finished doing the air filters and an oil change on it. All things being equal I would personally go for the Turbo. Thanks Andy
  14. I bought an '05 CS back in June. Absolutely love it. I bought a durametric cable so I could do some service myself. Hey Roxboxxx, did adding the cat bypass wake the sound up much? Thanks Andy
  15. I put all weathertech mats in and they are great. The fit is perfect.
  16. Can anyone tell me if a 22x10 victor equipment rim will fit my '05 CS? They came off of an '07 but a 1010 tire website say they will fit an '06 and up but not an '05. Any thoughts? Thanks Andy
  17. Leaving it overnight did the trick. Thanks Mudman. It must of been tired.
  18. Both, and it was not in the sun. The radio and cd function normally except for sound.
  19. I was out driving around listening to the stereo, stoppped at the gym for an hour and when I started it up the stereo itself seems to be functioning fine but all of a sudden there is no sound out of any speakers. Anybody ever experience this or have any ideas? It's an '05 S with just a single CD no PCM and bose speakers. Thanks Andy
