  1. @nerdtalker

regarding your post there is onother opinion out there. Once i have been adviced by a mechanic in a different way. you dont want to see a waterpump with metal impellers going to fail. If the bearing of your pump is going bad the entire assembly will get out of balance and the metal impellers touch the engine housing and can cause a major damage.

So i dont know whats the better way. I replaced mine with a plastic impeller pump.

  2. Semi professional search in our german forums. People complaining about a non working AC

not enough gas..... which you dont have

cracked or damaged pressure hoses.  Specially there must be some tubes close to the body of the car.

Problems with the seals / sealings

    pronblems with the dryer

problems with the valves. Instead of regulating the flow they closed.

    sorry that i cant help

  3. Just a hint because happens with me in a similar way.  Extreme temperatures making the wires in the car very soft and after almost 12 years some look very briggle like in my car. I would recommend to check the wire system inside the fuse box in engine compartment and everything inside the engine bay.

Briggle wiring and very hot temps: the wiring which is maybe without proper isolation is getting very very soft and touching any ground or something else.

    Just an idea.

  4. There is a problem with my front hood switch / contact.

The light is not working if you open the hood

On the display is no warning if the car is driving and the hood isn't closed.

The low oil warning light does not disappear if oil level is checked. This is in some way connected with the hood switch too.

Maybe somebody can route me to the right point. It's the closing mechanism itself or something else.

    Thank you.
