  1. Its the Haggis* Hunting option .. .it deflates tyres on one side as well as lowering the suspension on that side so you can drive around a hill on the slope, with the car level .. while chasing Haggis.. make sure you Drive Anti Clockwise around the hill .. if you go clockwise it all goes wrong.. Haggis you see run Clockwise so your in perfect position to catch them * "A haggis is a small four-legged Scottish Highland creature, which has the limbs on one side shorter than the other side. This means that it is well adapted to run around the hills at a steady altitude, without either ascending or descending. However a haggis can easily be caught by running around the hill in the opposite direction. :drive: On a more serious note .. what wvicary said
  2. Yes re codes .. can you get here http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?app=options&do=cayenne2 there are 40 pages of Cayenne codes .. cant look for you
  3. Common problem .. Hopefully yours is still just the clogged jet .. obviously try a thin wire into the nozzle jet in the rear high brake light.. Porsche Club of GB Forum has a thread on other areas the hose "fails" . on my old car it used to "blow" the hose off inside the rear Brake light .. so when I washed the rear window it would fill the rear high brake light and "dribble" onto the glass (few others get this too) .. Some one else had it leak into cars headlining and some one else into the dashboard area (causing a lot of electrical damage) To replace the nozzle its a spoiler off job
  4. Also from memory, my comfort lights operated differently .. I held in the button and the comfort lights slowly cycled intensity.. when the switc was released that wa sthe intensity they stayed at.. So it was more analog that the "three levels of intensity" you mention HTH
  5. Just in Case .... Right Cornering light is the light that lights up to illuminate the corner as you turn right, when you stopped and had a look, did you wind the steering wheel over to the right as if cornering ? If wheels where pointe straight ahead you'd not see the right cornering light lit
  6. Best gear to pull away with ;) When engine is cold (well my V6 did this) it would automatically select 1 or it gives you the choice if your towing / on an incline / require a more spirited take off you can drop it to 1
  7. May sound a Flippant response ... Why not remove it ?? I have the roof transport system with the load assist system fitted (which makes it one largish squareish assembly) which we just slide on when we need it otherwise it sits in the garage
  8. on a V6 .. no ... doing 70 mph on the flat your in D6 no matter what setting PSM is in .. where you going a slight uphill ? that might kick you down to (or keep you) in D5 Cant talk to the other models
  9. Happened with my Cayenne when I put the steering out of alignment (long story involving reversing in a very tight car park, gap in wall so beeping parking sensors went quiet I thought I was clear accelerated a bit.. and hit a low wall going backwards with tyre straight on to low wall.. tyre and alignment took all the hit ) .. when driving in a straight line PSM came on as you described .. My steering wheel was also a few degrees out of true .. was fixed after Porsche dropped it on Alignment "thingy ma bob" Hope that helps
  10. As with all Porsches .. they all have tie backs and design references to the older 911's you can see it in shapes, dashboard designs etc etc In older 911's Passenger windows where not one touch so that the Passenger had something to do .. to keep them occupied and interested in the 911 experience whilst the driver was having all the fun driving :D
  11. I'd guess a bad connection .. go bounce the Cayenne around a little and work everything in or out...Mine did the same a few months ago when we went on vacation for 4 weeks, bounced it around a few speed bumps and corners and it went
  12. Only the V6 had an oil change ... I thought the S was a Service which was more than "just" an oil change http://opc.cmwinteractive.com/serviceprici...yenne.asp?opc=4
