1. Need to replace non-functioning turn signal flasher - where is it located??

2. Want to splice a flasher device into the 3rd brake light circuit so both the one on the wing and the one inset in the body will flash - therefore, is there an easily accessible spot to splice in?? I imagine it would be toward the front of the car so it will work on both 3rd brake lights??

Thanks for any advice, hints...

Model year of your car?

US/Canada car or RoW car?

1. The turn signal flasher relay is in position 3 (that would be 3rd from the left. The relays are on the relay/fuse panel on the left bulkhead (next to your left foot if you are in a LHD car).

2. Perhaps off the switch on the brake pedal?

Thanks Loren. My car is a 1999 US C2 coupe.

1. Thanks for being specific in your directions. Should be straighforward in replacing the dead flasher.

2. Will find the hot going to the 3rd brake lights (pretty sure it is blk/or) off the switch. Hope it is easy to reach the switch if it is physically "on" the brake pedal or brake pedal arm.
