Removing Rear Mechanical Spoiler

Recommended Posts

Anyone have detailed instructions on how to remove the rear mechanical spoiler?

(leaving lid and installing a spoiler similar to Carrera spoiler) I have the TSB for installing the factory Carrera Spoiler but it references a different instruction on how to remove stock mechanical spoiler

:P Thanks Loren.. Just got the spoiler off in less than 1.5 hours (Now would take less than hour as I am familiar with things under there) Got my base on for the wing too! Just need the paint shop now!

How to retrofit an aerokit wing cup 1.  I made the conversion already but the kit didn't come with harness and my soiler light is on all the time.  Please email me at dice996c4@omcast.net

Have a look at this thread Spoiler light always on

could I get a copy of the instructions (dwoods@shb.com)? I am trying to remove a wing and install the original spoiler. Thanks!
