Jeremy Clarkson is not a bad guy, his fellow performers James May and Richard Hammond in Top Gear are more positive, its only a game they play. This program is turned from car test into a more general amusement during the years.

Funny video. I like that these guys don't take life too seriously and enjoy what they're doing. They are good evaluators and give their own opinions not the same old same old. I have a 987S, and the Z4 M in one of their evaluations, is the car that that tester would take home - the Z4 M. Me no, the 987S all the way. I drove the Z4 and the car and the sounds are very, very powerful even in the non M version, however the look of the car is just too unbalanced and disproportionate to me. The Elise is also a very, very fun car to drive but needs a generation or two of upgrades IMO before I'll give my wife the 987S. The 08 Elise SC will be very fast no doubt, but the tranny will be the same and still be very sloppy and feel as though the bolts will come undone - the handling and sounds it makes though are peerless. The 987S is a very sorted car and many 911 owners are now giving it the respect that it deserves - it is a very good car that can be tossed around easily. Yes the 987S is "a precision instrument" and is "just up there" - I didn't want a hot chili pepper.

We are very lucky to have such fun cars. The 987S is a very good car, one of the best droptops IMO. Cheers.
