Extended Warranty ?

Recommended Posts

In Sept. the lease is up on my 2004 C4S cab. It shares driving duties with some other toys and only has 19000 miles on it. The 4 years have gone well with the only problem being a balky top.(It took forever for the dealer to get it fixed right.) Has anyone purchased an extended warranty? Can I ask what was the cost? Who did you purchase it from and was it worth the money? Thanks.

Joe

Without hesitation I say NO! You can see my experiences online...unless you ahve a catostrophic failure it doesn't make sense, and even then it can be very difficult to get them to hold up their end of the deal.

Email me for specific details.

Loren

I took your advice and searched the achieves. After reading a good amount of the info there I've come to a conclusion best paraphrased by Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry - "Do I feel lucky today". Stories like C2cab seem prevalent from many posters. The consensus seemed to put insurances policies on line at the top of the list, if I do decide to take the leap. I appreciate the direct help from you both and to all the list. Be well
