997 seatbelts

Just got new guards red seatbelts for my '05 997S coupe. The new front seatbelt has a rest for the buckle (button on the belt) only 13" from the floor where as the old belt and the new one on the right are 23" off the floor. I had issues previously where the buckle caused a rattle against the passenger seat so I am wondering if Porsche may have changed this? or did I just get the wrong part number for the left belt. 997.803.034.09.N13 is the part is question. Thanks for any help.
