Hello All...newbie here. My boss drives a Porsche and he's been having an issue with the phone module. He's on ATT with an ATT sim card inserted into the PCM unit. The SIM card has it's own dedicated phone number. He will have no signal on his PCM phone and full signal on his cell phone (also on ATT). The dealer has replaced the antenna and we've seen no improvement.

Couple of questions:

Has anyone else experienced this type of poor signal strength? If so, were you able to get it corrected and how?

Also, I know from working with our company's cell phones that when you put a sim into a new phone, you should call ATT to give them the phone's IMEI number or you may be faced with issues similar to what we're experiencing. The dealer and Porsche USA tell us they are not aware of an IMEI number for the system.

PLEASE HELP....we've been trying to get this corrected for months now.

Any input would be helpful. Thank you in advance...

Happy Motoring!
