looking for 2005 Turbo S Cabriolet owners manuals

Recommended Posts

looking for 2005 Turbo S Cabriolet owners manuals - just purchased mine 2 weeks ago and being delivered today. I have no manuals and can't find them on line - please help. Also, does anyone know how many 2005 911 Turbo S cars were delivered or produced? How many in the USA? Thanks - new to the website and brand new to my 911 Turbo S - owned a 2006 C4 - loved it!

Dennis - best info I have indicates that a total of 1558 turbo S's were produced in 2005 (598 were coupes and 960 were cab's). Not sure how many went to the US but I will guess about 60%. The last ones were built in June 2005. That is when mine was produced - I think mine is one of the last ones off the production line - my VIN # ends with 5815.

Thanks so much for the information - I am currently in Stuttgart and plan on asking the question when I can go to the museum and showroom on a weekday. I have been twice already but on a Sunday and although there is lots to see - not a lot of people to ask technical questions to. Yes, I purchased my car, delivered, and one week later I left for Germany for 4 months - 3 weeks into it and Stuttgart is great but I really wish I had my car - I plan on renting one for a day so I can get out and drive or take a driving class from Porsche. I would love to get on a track while I am here.

What I am totally amazed by is the prices they charge in Stuttgart - if I lived here - I would go to the states, buy a used Turbo or GT2 or 3 and ship it back. Heck, even if you boght a brand new one, you would be saving $50K. This place is amazing but very expensive.

Thanks again and I did receive my manuals from Sunset imports in 3 weeks!
