2003 Cayenne Turbo - broken breather pipe

Recommended Posts

Hello All

Today I checked my spark plugs and noticed that one of the breather pipes seems to have broken away and fallen off. It would appear that a 'bodge' job was carried out to rejoin the two pipes as a larger pipe has been used to sleeve both ends of the pipe.

The problem is, I have no idea where this pipe is supposed to go and it is not easy to see around the back of the engine. Also, I've no idea what the effect the broken pipe will have on the vehicle.

I have attached two photos showing the pipe in question, feedback would be greatly appreciated as always.

Regards

Loren - Could you please help me with this? I still have not resolved it, cant see where the pipe is supposed to go.

Thanks

I think you are going to have to look at another CT - none of the diagrams I have show the lines routing - they only show the major components.

Perhaps someone here can look on their CT and even take a pic for you.

Looks not original, Porsche use in principle, always full plastic tubes. Looks like someone messed up and broke the original tube, take a look if you can find some scrap just behind the intake manifold.
