Creaking noise from both front fender

Hello.

I am troubled with an unpleasant creaking noise. The sound occurs when a car vibrates in pitching direction, for example running over small gaps. It is more clear during a low speed run. It comes form both front fender areas, perhaps from both tire housing areas or suspensions. The sound NOT aggravate in rolling direction. Sometime it becomes clear but sometime it disappeared. The noise can be reproduct during pushing the fender in a vertical direction.

According to TBS about "Noiese From Front Spring/Struts, clicking or clunking noise from the area of the upper spring/strut" derived from a bad upper strut mount with bearing. But my noise not occur steering wheel is turned.

The car is 996 Carrera 2000 RoW model 6MT no modification, 43000km run.

I appreciate your input and thoughts. Thanks in advance.
