More neophyte questions on looking at a C4 Tip

Recommended Posts

1. I'm looking at an 01 C4 w/Tip and the bottom of the car looks clean and dry. Does that mean the RMS is likely OK? It's at a dealership so looking for oil on the ground is pointless.

2. Are C4s just as likely to have RMS and IMS issues?

3. Where can I find a technical description of the C4's AWD system? Is it electronically controlled?

4. Is there a website with 996 engine, driveline, suspension diagrams where I can learn my way around the C4 mechanically?

I enjoy my C4S everyday. Some folks refer to them as the C$S. All of the points you mention are covered and discussed many times over on this forum. The search engine is your friend. Welcome....enjoy....
