Bluetooth phone kit required ?

Recommended Posts

I went with the Tooki unit and am very happy with it. Your PCM needst to have the phone button, though, I am told.

Hi

My car doesn't have the phone prep and with having an iPhone I would like to be able to use it.

What system would you guys recommend for my phone?

Thanks

I've done a lot of research and went with Tooki. Very well designed solution. And it's firmware is upgradeable via bluetooth as well.

Just to set expectations, the 911 is a very LOUD car. Bluetooth cell phone use is very poor when the car is at speed.

If your in stop and go traffic, then the bluetooth systems work just OK, but you can forget any good conversations when traveling at 50 MPH or faster.

Just my two cents.

I agree re: conversations at speed.

I'm looking at Tooki too, it will be on a Cab4S but have been advised to try my Sim card in the car slot to see if hands free is practical first!
