looking for the Alternator part number for a 2002 996 turbo (Manual Transmission) thx!

997.603.012.07 Alternator (w/pulley) -- US MSRP $1606.73

or

997.603.012.GX Exchange Alternator (w/pulley) -- US MSRP $1525.42

Usually the the exchange is about half the price of a new unit but they may not have any of the older ones left.

Have you tried an local alternator repair shop?

Not that it is cheap, but the part # 997.603.012.07 is $1085.80 with $0 core.

And they have this listed for your car also:

$779.94
