Vacuum line to brake booster on '03 Turbo

Loren,

I'm looking for a part number for the vacuum line that goes to the brake booster on a 2003 Cayenne Turbo. On the Porsche parts diagram it is shown as #13, but there are 5 different part numbers associated with this number and I'm not sure which is correct.

I am also getting that "Brake Booster Fault" alert on my 05' Cayenne TT dash board and a wining sound from the dashboard whenever I apply the brake pedal. I think I also have a vacuum line leak. Which Porsche specialist should I go if I don't want to it by myself? I live in the West Covina/Diamond bar area.
