I am trying to locate the fog light relay on 2006 CTT.

Can anyone help me with that.

Seems the manual does not want anyone except a Porsche tech. to mess with the relays so they do not tell you where to look.

I am attempting to jump two terminals to get the foglights to stay on all the time for DRL.

Thanks

So has anyone found the location for the fog light relay yet on a Cayenne?  I have checked everywhere I can think of and still no joy.  I have an '09 Base but I would assume they wouldn't have changed the location too much between years.

There is a diagram you can download in the 3rd post in this thread.

There is a controller - not a relay.

Check your fuses first.

Thanks.  The diagram really didn't help much.  I was hoping for a relay so I can mod it like I did on my 986.  I live in the country and having the ability to keep the fog lights on with high beams really helps this time of the year when the deer are moving at night.  The extra light in the ditches will pick them up better than just the high beams.

If all you want is headlights on/ highbeams on/ foglights on at the same time. That can all be done throught programming. I managed to do this mistakingly with my durametric.

Im driving Toronto to Muskoka almost everyweekend 6 months a year. All driving is done late. So I can agree with you. Every little bit of light helps. Having headlight aimed properly is also a lot of help.

Hope this helps.

I'd be interested in how you did it through your Durametric.  I was just working with mine today to see if there was a way to do it.  I'll start looking again tomorrow, PM me if you have any tips.

Thanks

Shaun
