Grinding noise left rear driver side

Well I have a problem and not sure what to do at this time. 1999 C2 Cab 911. driver side rear tire area. There is a noise like something is grinding. I took off the tire and looked at the rotor and pads but they seem fine. I put the car in N and spun the rotor and all was fine. I drove the car to top of my street and rolled down the hill (car off) and still the grind noise. Does any one have a idea what this could be?

Car has 197k miles approx. I have not looked at the bearings yet will do that this weekend.
