All,

Am curious to see where most do their service at... solid third party or stealership?

As a side note, I'd be open for commentary on purchasing used from a dealership that can produce no history on one...

Thoughts?

Thanks!

I'm obviously biased as I am a "solid third party"; but I can tell you that we see a lot of very new cars due to dealership pricing and service issues.

A car without a history is always a gamble, which should be reflected in its resale price.  But regardless of the car having a history or not, you should always have an independent pre purchase inspection done by a knowledgeable shop.
