Any Idea where it came from?  Looks like the pipes are all situated, but I see coolant in the freeze plugs and the bleeder T line up top.  I'm guessing either the bleeder line is cracked (did you replace the line when you did the coolant pipes before?)

 

Or the top of the tstat housing let loose (there is a tiny crush gasket in there that keeps me up at night. haha)

Just talked to the mechanic. Its the t pipe near the starter which is broken. The tubes close to the firewall are leacking too. Thats what made me a little bit angry. When car was in last time for replacing the starter they should check all this briggle tubes. My wish was always a good mechanic will see what to do and replace when one time there. But looks like this wish will be forever
