I would guess window regulator. They seem to break pretty often. If that is the problem its easy to replace. I suggest getting genuine oem replacement part. I have tried both and found the cheap knockoffs to be unreliable. Bite the bullet on this one.

Help, both driver and passenger window go down by themselves after shutting the car off.  Usually within 5 minutes.  This has become a big problem in the rainy season.  Any help would be much appreciated.

      Hi all,
New to this forum and looking for some help.
I have owned a 2004 Cayenne for the last 4 months, i recently discovered that when using the rear passenger window switch the window will never go down, only up!
It doesnt matter if you press or pull the button, the window always goes up?
all windows work fine when using the drivers control switch.
I have swapped the actual switch with the other switches but same problem remains, so i guess the switch is not the problem..
Anyone had similar problems or have any ideas ?
      thanks
      Tony
