PSE inline switch or remote

Recommended Posts

Hi all, great forum.

just wondering, I disconnected the PSE solenoid to see how my car sounded without the 30 to 45 cutoff happening and it's so much better.

im now looking at more  options in order to have the system work without this one cut off element.

ive heard of carnewal remote plug and play at £225, there's also a system from porsche-pse.com for £135 and they look identical.

ive also found berty987 did a kit that was an inline switch which I would like but don't think he's about anymore.....

i want  the switch to override the cut out speed disablement when turned on , And when turned off  it defaults back to the factory switch which operates along with the cut out exactly as before.

online does show some pictures of a switch someone did by installing in the ashtray but doesn't go into enough detail etc etc

anyone shed some light or advice as it would be much appreciated,

thanks all...

I have tried it and yes love the sound BUT I would like to be able to resort back to quiet mode when I want to..... for £135ish the remote does this for me BUT the inline switch option sounds better as if it's off the dash factory switch also resumes back to operation....
