My trans cooler has begun to leak, and while I suspect it to be o-ring related, I can’t find much DIY through this forum or other internet searches. Can anyone confirm if the Bentley manual covers repairing/replacing the Tiptronic fluid cooler and attached parts such as the hoses, lines and o-rings? If so, I’ll pick up a copy. Thanks.

The Bentley only shows a diagram of the component's and does not go into how to remove or reseal it. For that you need the factory service manual(s).  Biggest issue is getting access to it, you need to drop the trans a bit to get at it.
