This is the highest mileage 996 I have ever seen 179K on a 1999 Any higher out there?

There is a 986 guy in Belgium with 207,500 miles or 332,000 km.

Thats what you call a road dog. Very broken in, my brother used to have a 86 928S that was driven hard everyday for years ended up with like 250K+, the frame had to be repaired from the stress of city driving.

My 99 996 has 70K now it gets driven everyday about 30 miles, Weekdays.

I had a 1975 also but I lived the 2.7 nightmare. My engine was worthless at about 65,000 miles.

You must have gone through these issues at 208K. Nice looking ride. My last one was a 1983 911SC with 37000K on it but its life was ended by a drunk 17 year old who used the rear end of my car for his brakes.

My car was older than then the kid who ended its career. Its good to see that the 996's will run long too!
