  1. If you would like to see this site continue then please consider a donation. The operating costs of this site are in the thousands of dollars per year and every donation helps... thanks
  2. Try 8268
  3. I suspect then that foam has hung up a flap (or two) may have even damaged the blower fan (for the interior). Do a search here as several have had similar problems - a bit of work to correct the issues but likely good for another 15 years after that.
  4. The disintegration of foam in the HVAC is pretty normal for a 15 year old car. I would not worry about that being the cause unless the noise goes away when you turn the AC and the inside fan "oFF". What diagnostic tool did you use?
  5. I suspect there is at least one fault code if you scan with a Porsche diagnostic tool...
  6. Please and follow the instructions in the Lost Radio Code FAQ - post ONLY in the topic linked there. This topic is now closed.
  7. You will need all the optical cables and perhaps some programming (this is a MOST system - same as your 2003 car). MOST started in MY2003.
  8. Try 9834
  9. Try 1237
  10. Try 6728
  11. Try 9873
  12. Use the parts I listed above - they should all still be available. Note that these are the replacement parts for all models 2009 to 2016.
  13. Try 2748
  14. Try 9761
  15. Try 8467
  16. How about both are wrong... He is wrong by a few ftlb and your manual page is from 2002 (pre-DFI V6). Here is what the DFI V6 service manual says (from the 2013 update):
  17. Okay you have posted 3 times in 2 threads, emailed me, AND sent me a PM. You obviously did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ. "DO NOT PM me or email me (or anyone else helping with the codes) your radio code request - we will only answer requests in that one thread." Also from the board Guidelines/Rules "Please post your messages in one forum only. Crossposting, double posting, triple posting, etc. are all a waste of time and valuable resources. If you post the same message in multiple times or in multiple forums, we will delete the ones we feel are inappropriate." I have to tell you I have thought for the first time of not answering a radio code code request. Please try to comply with the rules here and not burden the kind volunteers on this site with multiple requests for the same information. Try 1201
  18. I guess you did not watch the DIY video tutorial on the Cayenne V6 oil change? http://www.renntech.org/forums/tutorials/article/387-cayenne-v6-oil-change-procedure-video-full-tutorial/
  19. Try 8743
  20. Please do not double post the same question - your duplicate post has been removed.
  21. Try 3179
  22. Yes - as said Porsche lists them as a direct replacement.
  23. For the 996 series (narrow body cars) -- 996 351 405 01 is a direct replacement for 996 351 405 00.
  24. The control module is located in the passenger compartment on the right on the B−pillar in front of the rear seat well. Best get some further diagnostics - you don't want to replace the control unit if the problem is bad/damaged wiring or a faulty valve. If you replace it the coding will need to be transferred using a (PST2 or PIWIS).
