  1. I believe Loren is saying to use a reputable independent Porsche shop (not official, but reputable)....
  2. right above that is the AOS.... has a tendency to leak by the belows area.
  3. the check valve (before the vacuum tank) and the SV (after the vacuum tank) holds the vacuum pretty good. Mine holds vacuum easily a week and still closes the valve before start-up.
  4. you may have a vacuum leak! Might need a new check valve before the vacuum tank, or a leak after the tank... some people choose not to use the check valve that comes with the kit. This check valve will keep vacuum in the tank for a long time. Ive had vacuum as long as 2 weeks and can switch to quiet mode before starting the engine.
  5. maybe you should replace your coolant tank if its old and yellowish... its alot easier to change when the engine is not there...
  6. you can use the relay and wiring that comes from the PSE kit.... something to look into. Check this link out: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...ic=9157&hl=
  7. from what I understand mileage is not a great indication of engine life.... but the hours it has been running is better. Is there an engine running time in the DME that can be accessed.
  8. put a 200 cell sport cat in... this will make it louder
  9. I added the mk1 sides and they mounted the same way as the mk2, they prob updated the mk1 kit to the mk2 mounts recently
  10. gemballa is a tuner company... I have gemballa exhaust and it is NOT oem.
  11. I hear you can pull out the airbox, intake, plenum etc...and have a tight acces to the AOS. To get to the bellows you have access from the rear (tight access as well) but can be done... I think its a harder than replacing the coolant reservior, but similar type of fiddling.
  12. Your 02 had a bump on it while the 99-01 are flat like your pics
  13. Motor mounts are fairly cheap, I had mine replaced while they were mounting my EVO SC... It still not to late, The SC should not rest on anything...also, they might not honor your warranty if something goes wong with the SC, due to improper installation. Who did your install?
