  1. www.nrauto.com TA II bumper only. TA II Aero Kit
  2. For the FYI, Porsche changed design of oil seperator few years back. If there is no smoke coming out, doesn't mean you have the newer design unit. Check with local dealer or porsche specialist why you have oil is building up.

    performance

Start with diverter valves from EVO. Description from EVO's web site: Diverter Valves Diverter Valves (90 Deg.) SKU:EBDVK90DEG Our direct replacement diverter valves will eliminate the notorious "Honking" sound commonly heard when the OEM valves have failed. Our valves will restore lost power and will hold more boost pressure than the stock units for added performance. In addition, they recover quicker than the OEM valves which allows better spool up after shifts. We designed our valves with a 90 degree vacuum port which allows for additional vacuum line clearance and a trouble free installation. The EVO billet diverter valves for the 996TT / X50 / GT2 / Turbo S come as a complete kit and carries our exclusive lifetime warranty.
  4. This is from kokeln's rear diffuers and so far... this is the best I ever seen.
  5. Wooooo... tough call... 3.4 996 C2 basic or 3.2 986 S fully loaded.
  6. there are 2 screws under the rubber carpet in the storage lid. lift up rubber and first one is edge of rear center, next one is near passenger side. Once you have 2 screws removed, lift it up little bit and use long nose plier to remove cable right under the push/lock.. it should snap out. Good luck.
  7. I took mine off and move climate control unit to where cup holder was. And added GT3 console delete... so I can do little dance while I am driving... much better and wide space I get from this.
  8. From Sunset Imports in Oregon.. great deal. 996-552-677-00-01c $3.08
  9. It's same as Artic Silver and have your paint / body shop paint it in two tone. First flat white and artic silver with 4 layers of clear coat. Good luck.
  10. Any model after 2002 year will do fine, specially 2002 is year they introduced glass rear window. most of engine failure is corrected after 2000, but my 2001 did failed and replaced with brand new last year (out of warranty, ouch!!!). personally, I would keep this baby in the garage until spring. Simply, it's summer fun car.
  11. 06 Boxster with Bose system and PCM installed? or just sound system only???
  12. I wouldn't check with Autozone to read your CODE. Take it to the porsche dealer and have them read proper reading. Personally I love my K&N filter, and over 60k miles on my new engine and still running fine without any engine warning lights.
  13. http://www.manthey-motors.de/ http://www.jzmachtech.com/shells/links.php
  14. Can you post more photos? looks like classic II. 10 spoke wheel, can't really tell from angle of the shot and take another photo from side instead of 45 degree angle. http://www.wheelenhancement.com/index.php?...etail&id=49
  15. I am 10 - 15 minutes away NR Auto (office is near laurel canyon + ventura blvd). I get off from the work around 6pm, cruzing back home on ventura blvd east then I-405 south.
  16. I had mine installed by dealer and pad is actual porsche/brembo. but it did start to squeeky after 3k miles. Problem was vibration between pad and piston and you can use brake pad quieter or add liner. Here is one from Automotion
  17. ummm... not bad.. but one problem.. steel beam structure will block XM/GPS signals. Wiring will be similar to V1 install unless you put XM/GPS antenna right above back mirror. You can try.. and let me know.
  18. you could fish through left or right side wing (next to IR sensor box) and drop the cable behind airbag area. then you have to work under the dash and route through radio... it's simple job, but takes patient. good luck.
  19. I am sure most of porsche owners received this invitation from local dealers by now, and here is one I received few days ago for event held at my local dealer today. New 911 Turbo Viewing Invitation I took some photos of real thing, will be post soon. Enjoy. Here are some of 997 turbo snap shots from preview party today.
  20. Call me next time.. :D I just finish putting front grill today, and replacing wheel liner. Then stop by at 997 Turbo release party. Good thing you figured out by your self. For airbag issues, bring over to your local dealer.. they can reset it for free.
  21. Try this. Fabspeed Muffler You will need quicktime player or itunes
