  1. I just replaced the connection to the N75 valve. Also not necessary to buy the entire wiring from Porsche. Its a Bosch Part for 3,50 EUR
  2. If anybody ever going through the same problem. The purge valve wiring/connector failed because the wiring became briggle. There is a chance not to buy the entire wire. The connector is available from Bosch for 6.50. Was one reason of many for my bad running engine 0 Quote Edit
  3. If anybody ever going through the same problem. The purge valve wiring/connector failed because the wiring became briggle. There is a chance not to buy the entire wire. The connector is available from Bosch for 6.50.
  4. Busy day Lewis. I hope all this work will improve the handling of your beast. The note you put here to share with us the insight of your technical skills always top. Thank you
  5. @ Lewis Thank you very much. Actually if i was a little bit more handy i could fix it but ... i will see what i can do. The wire is broken and the one end which is inside the connector is so short. Difficult to connect. I will check ebay for a similar part .
  6. I fixed the wiring with some special glue but i would prefer to replace this entire connection. Can find it in a parts diagram. Maybe somebody can help please.
  7. @ Lewis by the way did you check all the electric wiring in the engine bay? Age and of course temperature changing makes them briggle. When i saw my headlight wiring i can imagine others looks soon the same. Today i found the reason for my CEL. The wiring to the purge valve was damaged.
  8. @Brainz006 Now it makes sense. I had a hesitation and strange running and vibration for month. Changed so many parts except the purge valve (which even showed a code). Couldnt solve it. Desperate. Lewis always told me change the purge valve and finally i did. so i guess it maybe was not one of the hundreds of vacuum tubes which caused the leak. It was the purge valve :-(
  9. @ Lewis maybe you are mistaken here. if i buy coils in germany for my S or my CTT the part number is always the same.
  10. So just a update. My first long trip after the car came back after flex disc replacement. Frankfurt to Munich and back.1000 km. i have to admit, there was no vibration , no hesitation when accelerating. Was all this strange behavior before only related to the cardan flex? Hard to believe. But for now the car runs pretty well. But... - still boost is climbing to fast to high levels when i accelerate from low rpm's : overboost code - whistle noise when turbo is kicking in - still camshaft position over advanced, code P0011 which is i think the camshaft solenoid / actuator.
  11. I unfortunately need to agree. Looks like some problems with this Vehikel are realy tricky and hard to find. I remember when i got my first Cayenne years ago the car started to have random psm warnings. I cant even count how many hours this car spend in the service. Thousand for parts and labour. It worked only flueless for some days . the Problem came back..... Until now. End oft the story, even so called specialists can fail to find a Problem. But the money is gone.
  12. Dont even remember what you already did everything to find out where the problem is. - did you rule out some voltage problem which is related with the ignition? Possible to measure the power flow to every single coil?
  13. I dont get it really. What has a wiper and the PCM to do with a failing headlight Ballast :-(
  14. Lewis. Of course no good news. Why you dont give it a try and change the camshaft solenoid? You are very fast with taking away the valve cover. Parts will not be mich more than 120 Euro. I believe its worth a try.
  15. I was told the changing of the solenoid alone is not enough. It should be done with the filter. I will check the net for pics
  16. .... as my camshaft sensors on the back of engine are new it has to be / must be the part which is sitting in front of the engine st the valve cover. Whats the name in english? Camshaft actuator? Camshaft solenoid? He told me there is one on each bank including a small filter. He bet if i change this parts my problems are gone.
  17. Guys.... I had a interesting talk with a Cayenne driver whom i met by accident in the porsche shop when i picked up some parts. I try to explain our Problem as good as possible. His answer was: the behaviour oft the engine is 90% a Problem with the vario cam system. Solenoids or other parts which adjusting valve train working
  18. Lewis as you remember i wrote about my fuel pump problems with my old CS. the same here. Left side pump replaced because that was the diagnostic of my shop. Working not well. After some days i bring back the car. They replaced right side too and voila. Problems gone
  19. No. My wife still in Prague with the car. She say it drives normal. But she dont have this sensitivity :-) I will see and report when she is back
  20. Jesus! Thanks god. You deserve it. I am very happy you solved it. Celebrate this victory with some beer
