  1. It's hard to guess. Have read the falout codes and we'll easily discus then. Is there anything alse that don't work? Does cruise control working?
  2. Lower engine mounts are filed with oil and they can get collapsed through time. Anyway I have vibrations at idle, but this could be only mounts related, coz engine is running great and smooth like it should.
  3. Has anyone change engine mounts? And what was the result? I also planing to change it.
  4. I'm from Slovenia (Europe). Why you can't ship in other countries? I got few offers from companies located in US, but in the end was to expensive. Anyway, I want to buy it from you just because of yours updates... Well, I hope you change yours shipping options, I still have my old body, and I could send it to you, to refurbish it.
  5. That new valve body will interchange perfectly, nothing to worry about. It is just a later casting that has a provision for a different temperature sensor! Good luck... The vehicle should have a perfectly smooth 1-2 upshift hot or cold. Have you done a relearn on the TCM? If not, try that first, if the issue persists, you have a defective valve body! Normally a relearn is not needed and just a few hundred miles of driving tends to settle things out... Here are some other common complaints that are associated with valve body issues in the Cayenne /Toaureg line of vehicles. As far as your questions regarding a replacement valve body, what are your symptoms? We have done a large number of these valve bodies for the Cayenne, Toaureg and now Q7. I have attached a little bit of info that may be useful to you and others in your situation. As far as credibility, we are a very well known provider for this valve body with ClubToaureg.com. As you know your valve body is nearly identical to that of the Toaureg... Please also note that we have found that the rest of the transmission is quite robust! It is EXTREMELY RARE for the internals of this transmission to fail. It is almost always valve body related.... http://www.clubtouar...t-12203-18.html Here are some common issues we see on the 09D TR60SN valve bodies. Hope this Helps!! Hello! As we have seen, there have been alot of forum members asking if this or that is a symptom of a valve body issue. We have compiled a list for you to review that goes over the classic issues the 09D / TR60SN valve body are notorious for. The Cayenne as you know has been plagued by the AISIN valve body issues and can cause a large number of shift complaints. Some of them minor, and then some of them can be a major issue. There is alot of incorrect information on the net and in forums regarding these units. With your help, we hope to clarify this information and streamline the diagnosis of the issues. Here are some of the main issues that come from a valve body that needs to be replaced: These issues tend to surface after 40k miles.... Harsh upshifts and/or downshifts when transmission becomes warm. When the trans fluid is cool, the issues will be gone or very minor most times. This is the most common issue.... Harsh 5-4 Downshift Flare shifts from 1-2 or 2-3. Harsh downshifts from 3-2 or 2-1 Slipping torque converter clutch Harsh or flaring 3-4 shift. Gear Ratio Error DTC's The 09D / TR60SN valve body suffers from poorly designed solenoids and a very porous and wear prone valve body housing. The solenoids alone will not cure the shifting complaints that most of you describe. Without modifying the actual housings and valves contained within, the issue will still be present. Currently new valve bodies acquired from the Porsche dealer will still be the same flawed design as the originals. The only way to permanently fix the issue is with an upgraded aftermarket valve body. Note: replacing a still working valve body is not recommended. Some of these vehicles can go over a hundred thousand miles before requiring replacement. Please wait until you have the symptoms before you attempt the replacement. Hi Revmax! It's great to see you here! Here are many members who need new valve body, and you could be big help to them. Well in the end I bought new original Porsche valve body. I really want to buy yours updated valve body, and I try to contact you by mail, but I get no answer from you.
  6. It was drop in to first gear with old TCM also, but I can say, this new one is way way better.
  7. Ok here is update.I replace old TCM with TCM 95561802212 which have sw0602. There was no need to update DME.Now, rough up-shift 1-2 when the car is cold, is completely gone. It shifts like butter through all gears. Also throttle hesitations in corners is almost completely gone. It's not 100% perfect but I can live with that.Very happy
  8. I try to contact revmax few times when I was looking for valve body, but I get no response. In the end, I end up with original Porsche part. When you'll buying valve body, be sure to get the right one. Maybe you should look these thread: http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/43328-cayenne-s-transmission-valve-body-help/#entry232035
  9. Car runs rough (shakes) if I accelerate slow from 1000-1200 rpm. This is noticeable in 5 and 6 gear. When it goes over 1200 rpm there is no problem any more. He's doing these for a while, but there was no error codes. Now I connected again, and here are these errors: P2191 System at Higher Load Bank 1 P0011 A Camshaft Postion- Timing Over Advanced or System Performance B1 Sparks, coils, filters, oil where replaced before few thousand km. Car has gone 150.000km Any help please. Thank you
  10. Lower covers are weary easy to remove, just look under the car and you'll sell all screws.
  11. Wheel as I know Porsche coolant is red or pink. If the tubes where changed because of leaking, there are all possibilities that the torque converter seal gone bad.
  12. Could be power steering fluid, but most likely torque converter seal gone bed and it's leaking Transmission fluid. Its also can be coolant fluid, so you, must check if its oil or antifreeze.
  13. They said to me, that is recommended to change the oil and filter, than change oil again after few kilometers. And I'm at 140,000 km I think you'll do favor to you and transmission with changing it.
  14. I don't know much about these engines in Cayenne, for my taste, is underpowered. Before gearshift lever you have buttons for air suspension adjustment, so if don't have those buttons, then don' have air suspension. Look at pictures and you'll see.
  15. Hi wirkdoc, 1. There is some shock spring which help to put beck handbrake pedal, its probably gone bad, so it has to be changed with new one, which is really cheap. 2. This one tels you that is something wrong with PSM (porsche stability management). I could be lot of things, and you will not know that until you won't read fallout codes. 3.Most common problem in Cayennes is transmission valve body. This one causes rough shifting when is bad. But this is just guessing. You must connect car to diagnostic and see what is going on. I think, that Cayennes are good and reliable car, but only if it's maintained right, If not you could mayor problems. So I hope it has know service history. Which engine it is? Does it have air suspension?
  16. I read about your problem on few other forum, so, I'm very happy to get response from you. Do you maybe remember, was your car shift in first if you turn PSM off, before you replace TCM unit?
  17. I there maybe any possibility to update my TCM sw 0363 to updated sw 0600 ? These new unit 955.618.022.AX with AX or BX in the end are coming from Porsche re-manufactured program so I think there is only catch in SW updates.
  18. Drive gently for the first 2-3 minutes. Since the car normally starts in 2nd, the 1-2 shift can feel a bit abrupt if you're driving it with enthusiasm. Yes I know that, and this much better in warm mornings, but now in the winter is this making me crazy. If I shift it manual at 2000rpm shift it ok, but in auto mode shifts at almost 3000rpm, and it felts like someone give me kick in the ***. I have to deal with that only once a day, but its becoming really annoying, and I would really like to solve that permanently.
  19. I'm dealing with hard 1-2 upshift. I was researching a lot and looks like that is the only option to replace TCM unit. My TCM 955.618.022.03 has sw S0363, which means that has to be replaced wit newer TCM. So I was looking this TSB: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?app=downloads&module=display&section=download&do=confirm_download&id=711 According to this TSB I have to replace my TCM with 955.618.022.AX which have SW version 0600. According to this TSB I also figure out, that I don't need DME update, but just TCM replace. So my question is, is there any chance that TCM 955.618.022.12, with SW 0602 wil work in my car? I have option to get this TCM at weary reasonable price, but I don't know if it will work, or what could be a difference. Thank you for any help.
  20. No problem, you can also search on the net. This is yours valve body part number 95532503900, put in web browser and search for it maybe have some luck.
  21. You can contact this company from Latvia http://www.recro.eu/en/index.html . They can rebuilt your valve body. I contact them one month ago for my valve body and the come with price 370€ + shipping bot ways. I also try change oil and filter, but I only threw away 300€, coz there was no difference.
  22. As I understand you have up shift problem? How is with your down shifts? I just changed my valve body, but I had problem only with down shifts. I think it's better to buy new one, or refurbished which were tested on specials machines, so they 100% working right. I don't think that valve body repair could be DIY job. That is just mine opinion.
  23. Well... It looks like I have totally new car! It shifts like butter. I really am happy, so thank you all for help! The only thing that bothers me is really rough upshift 1-2 when it's cold. Does anyone know how to fix that?
  24. I looks like to be ok. But I've driven only few kilometers. I'll make some more driving today, and I'll let you know how it is.
  25. Have already replaced your valve body? If so, how is shifting now? I was wondering do I have to do TCU reprogram now??
