Hello, Just signed up but I have been watching for a time. I have a 01 996tt evo stage 4, pss9, ect. This looks like a very nice site, at least I could sign up and post right away. LOL

I am retired and ran my own race engine shop for 20+ years, no Porsche but we did sprint car motors, winston west, northwest tour, tons of drag stuff from SS to TAFC and TAD. I also ported more heads than I care to remember. I also raced dragboats (Iwas the only one dumb enough to drive it) for 12 years. Now i'm just old and cranky. I trapshoot, hunt, train my dogs and still mess with cars.

Looking foward to learning more about these cars and working on the motor.

I'm new aswell. Just bought my 2001 996TT last weekend... It was David Licciardello's 510whp car in black, with GT2 wing, Gt1 turbos, gt2 intercooler, Bailey diverter valves, PSS9 shocks, H&R springs/swaybars and a junky exhaust I'm gonna swap out to save my hearing. It's also got Upsolute software. This car is such a true "super" car. I consider myself truly fortunate to own such an absolute perfect machine.

:renntech: Welcome to both of you. I have checked all the forums I could find, and this is the best one. There's lots of good tech info here and it's easy to search for. I found this forum when I got my 2003 TT coupe and have really enjoyed learning here.
