I have an offer to trade my 99 996 cab with 30k miles for an 06 coupe c2S for the car plus $45k. The new car has less than 1,000 miles.

Seems like a good deal. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what your car is worth but having recently shopped for an 05-07 C2/C2S I'd say the 06 is worth between 73-80K depending on options. check out autotrader. Is it a CPO car? Why is it being sold already? accident? Be sure to check out a DME report on the car. Search here on how to interpret the DME data.
