gas for 987 boxster engine

Recommended Posts

Has anyone have answers on which is the best gas company to use for better gas mileage in Canada.

I have been using Husky gas with Ethenol 94 octaine since I imported my Boxster for the last month and My gas mileage seems to be dropping and thats not city driving as I am in a rural area and lots of hwy driving. Has any one else had this problem.

what about Chevron with techron.

I tried a few fills with the Husky 94 Ethanol blend and found I get slightly reduced mileage according to the trip computer. I still use it for track days, but have been using other premiums for daily driving - a fair bit of city, some highway jaunts whenever I can fit one it. I don't tend to stick with any one brand for the normal fills. Some Petro-Canada stations also have 94, but it's also an ethanol blend.

Your making me jealous. 92 is all I can get around here. Sunoco 94 is my favorite ever, but I have only ever found it in a few east coast states. I heard there is 94 somewhere around here but have not seen it personally. I have been sticking to chevron or shell for my 987.
