Anyway to leave the rear spoiler up all the time? Just don't want to manually hit the button everyday.

Put it up and then take the fuse out. In early Boxsters there's a fuse just for the spoiler.

On a 9x7 series car those functions are not handled by fuses and relays - they are managed by the Rear Control Unit.

He will need to override the switch - or buy a fixed wing spoiler ;)

I had thought about a fuse LOL, but didn't have a chance to look at the fuse block. The factory spoiler looks great as long as it's up. Have to question how efficient an after market spoiler works. They look pretty big for such a small car.

I always thought the 997 spoiler go up automatically after a certain speed depending on engine temperature?? I must have misread the manual!
