996 C2 Tip Wont Go In 4TH & 5TH In Tip Mode

hello peeps had a recon done on a 2000 996 c2 tip the car has all the power drives great in manual mode when I control the gears via the shift button on the steering wheels it changes up and down perfecty when i control the gear changes.

however the problem is in the auto tip mode it goes into 1st 2nd and 3rd at the right speeds and at the right time but will not go ito 4rth or 5th at all not matter what speed you are doing they will not change up ??

I had the battery off for a day or so I thought the box might learn it self but it does not how do I teach it do I need to disconeect battery again ?

best thing to do is get the car connected to PST 2 and see whats going on?

sorted problem out

turned out it was wrong tyre on the front i had two 18 inch tyres but apart from that the profiles and widths where different dunno how this has happened but changed to right tyres now car drives better now but still not perfect

CosmosC4S If the tyres dimensions are not within the specifications ( bigger or smaller in total wheel diameter ) you will change the end reduction of the gearbox, which is not programmed in that range, engine RPM/speed of the car/distance traveled, the gearbox refuse to change gear or gear change comes too early. The communication gearbox/control box is disturbs.
