Is the Boxster Aerokit front bumper the same as the Gt3 front bumper ???

As i can get a boxster aerokit bumper for about half the price of a gt3 one !!!!

What about the 996 aerokit bumper, is it different again???

I'm fitting it to a 1999 996.

Yes, and they are different part numbers.

The size and shape of the radiator openings (all 3 in the case of the GT3 bumper) and the Boxster aerokit bumper does not have the GT3 lower lip spoiler.
