Not an easy fit. The Turbo is a wide body so the bumper is wider. There are some who have taken a section out of the middle to make it fit. Do a search on the boards and you will probably find a thread on it.

Yes and no.

Yes, it can be made to fit with some work. The exhaust openings in the bumper will not exactly line up with the MY99 exhaust. You might be able to adjust them so they will - just make sure they don't touch the "plastic" bumper cover.
