Dashboard gauges replacement

Hi guys, I bid on ebay on a boxster s (6 gauges) dashboard van 2000 ( 986.641.113.00 EOD ) which i by suprise won! no i am only curious if this will work in my boxster ( 5 gauges ) from 1997 2.5 ?

Does anyone has the answer to this?

If your car doesn't have cruise control or the OBC this is the time to make those changes too.


I am to chicken to do the upgrade :( I do have cruise control and ODB 1 (?) .. if someone can help me ( i am Holland ) please let me know, i have place when you need to crash :) :)

Did the swap overnight, all looked good, only the weirdest thing happend that now my car beeps when i lock it (?), does anyone has a idea why this is the case? the dash is from a 2000 boxster S, my car is a 1997 boxster (normal) could that be an issue perhaps?
