Hi: check engine light came on and error code p0430 which I believe is one of the 02 sensors; I have a 04 C4S.

If I look under car, I have 4 sensors; I can see on each side of car sensors that are higher and closer to fenders and two that are lower and more center.

Also the electrical connectors are two different colors; gray and black.

Could someone please provide error code and location of sensor.

Is bank 2 the passenger side or driver?

Thank you for your help

Note: I purchased her when she had 38,000 miles;  I have 171,000 and she is still running strong..!

P0430 TWC Conversion, Bank 2 - Above Limit

Possible fault cause

- Oxygen sensor ahead of and after TWC exchanged

- Valve lift fault

- Aged oxygen sensor after TWC

- TWC faulty

Bank two is the right side of the engine -- and this would be the O2 sensor between the header (on that side) and the Cat. (996 Engine parts locations)

On last question: once I replace the 02 sensor, will disconnecting the battery reset the check engine light or do I need to go to shop and have them plug in machine and reset it; im not sure if disconnecting the battery does the same thing as the shops tool in regards to resetting everything.

Thank you
