  1. "Can you give me a code for my PCM? These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested. Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."
  2. You obviously did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ...
  3. Try 1438
  4. You obviously did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ... "CDR-23 (or later): These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters. These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DME and can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected."
  5. Try 7659
  6. Your duplicate post on the same topic has been removed. Please follow the Guideline/Rules you agreed to when you registered here. "Please post your messages in one forum only. Crossposting, double posting, triple posting, etc. are all a waste of time and valuable resources. If you post the same message in multiple times or in multiple forums, we will delete the ones we feel are inappropriate."
  7. I would soak them in PB blaster overnight then use a rubber mallet to try and break them loose. Last resort cut them off.
  8. Did you look at the RoW DIY here. Even thought you are not going to the RoW struts and springs the procedure is very good.
  9. Try 9821
  10. Try 5682
  11. One per customer - please pick one.
  12. This likely will not work but... If it is a 4 digit code try 0912 If it is a 5 digit code then try 71911 If those do not work - then sorry I can not help you.
  13. Is that a Becker Mexico Pro? If so how many preset buttons? No guarantees even with that... Yes, it is.. Becker Mexican Pro CD. what do you mean by preset buttons? To get you a code I need to know how many (physical) radio station pre-set buttons it has.
  14. Is that a Becker Mexico Pro? If so how many preset buttons? No guarantees even with that...
  15. 4298 is the correct code for that serial number. Did you use the Lost Radio Code FAQ procedure to get your serial number? If not, please do so. If you did then sorry I can not help you.
  16. Only C4S has a different muffler. Stick with MY2002 or newer C2 or C4 and you should be fine. 996 111 131 69 Right Muffler -- US MSRP $1449.62 996 111 132 69 Left Muffler -- US MSRP $1654.51 (I do not know why they are different prices - odd though) I would be very careful with aftermarket mufflers - many reports of terrible dronning caused by resonance. Ask around and drive or ride in a car with the 3rd party muffler first - that's my recommendation.
  17. Try 7108
  18. This is a different serial number than you posted yesterday. For this serial number try 9583
  19. Try 2750
  20. Try 8761
  21. Try 9393
  22. The newer style switch came out in November 2003 - so yes your car should already have the newer design. I have seen very few of those fail. Like all cars ignition switches I think it best to minimize the amount of weight on you have on the key/key chain. A bunch of keys hanging on your key seems to add additional stress on both the lock and electrical part sometimes causing premature failures.
  23. I do not think just the electrical switch will help him much - he needs a new lock and switch.
  24. There is a DIY for the ignition switch lock assembly here. Once you upgrade to the newer style switch you will not likely have any further problems.
  25. :welcome: Your problem is more likely a worn out window regulator. The regulator is a cable that operates the window up and down. Do a search here as replacement has been covered many times.
