  1. You do know that all setting must be done on perfectly level ground? Also, have the headlight bases been replaced? If so, then they may not have adjusted the headlight base (mounts) to proper heights. If all the mechanicals are correct then you might need a PIWIS diagnostic tool to check for faults in the HBA controller.
  2. Try 8979
  3. UView 550000 Airlift Cooling System Leak Checker and Airlock Purge Tool Kit
  4. Search is your friend here... 7 pages of people with the same problem and several solutions. http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/1728-horn-problem/
  5. Please read and follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ.
  6. I answered this for you before September 14, 2014 -- please write it down this time. http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic/14539-lost-radio-code-post-your-request-here/?p=259465
  7. Yup sounds like (sorry for the pun) you have a bad connection in the steering wheel. Use the right tools and care when removing the airbag and be mindful of the airbag clock spring. You can test each door switch with a PST2, or PIWIS tester or an ohm meter (out of the circuit). Either way the door panel has to come off for the final repair.
  8. I maybe OCD but I always check them - you never know when some handler has dropped one. Hence I look for cracks too.
  9. Try 9034
  10. The procedure should be in your Owners Manual. If you do not have one you can download one here.
  11. The complete list is only available in the Porsche Service Manuals. PAS Fault 8005 - Terminal 86S Possible fault causes - Wiring between PAS control module and terminal 86S relay faulty - Open circuit in the power supply - Terminal 86S relay faulty - PAS control module faulty Terminal 86S relay does not function and therefore no other control modules (airbag control module,…) function either.
  12. Try 2419
  13. Try 0794
  14. BumperPlugs.com does great work - but with any painted service you need to care for it.
  15. Try 0540
  16. :welcome: It is all covered in a DIY here: http://www.renntech.org/forums/tutorials/article/64-manual-transmission-oil-change-instructions/
  17. Try 8959
  18. Try 1410
  19. Just follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ?
  20. Try 0706
  21. This is starting to look like an "oil" discussion. Both points have been made - let's not make this personal or a flame war. Each person makes their own decisions. Let's just leave it there before someone says something they regret. Thanks!
  22. F12 (5A) controls the secondary air pumps as well as the water after-run pump relays. I would pull the relays individually (secondary air - then after-run pump) and see if you can narrow down the problem area.
  23. If you have a check engine light then you have fault code(s). Until we see the fault codes it would all be guesses. Make sure you use Durametric or a Porsche diagnostic tool (PIWIS or PIWIS 2) so you also get any pending fault codes.
