    I will try to find a close up photo since I no longer have the car. But yes, I believe it is a typo and should be 225/40/18 not 225/30/18

    I have Nitto NT-01's with 315/30 and 235/40. No Fender rolling required. I got a small amount of rubbing on the wheel liner - but not enough to matter.

    I have it. Works great, less weight.

    I run Continental DW Extreme 285/30/18's in the rear and 225/30/18 in the fronts since they don't make 295's. The difference in diameter of these two tires is almost zero. Car handles great! Did several AutoX and DE's at Road Atlanta on them. They are great tires. Don't worry about the difference between 295 and 285 - but as others said the diameter differences of your tires front to back.

    Tick Tock, Tick Tock. Time until it starts failing again. After two repairs of that **** thing...i pulled it out and saved some weight too.

    Got it too...but mine were leaking. The spoiler was not going up exactly even...it could tell even though I couldn't. I let it go then it was visibly noticeable after a few more weeks. Fixing the hydraulics is a pain, some say impossible - replacing the system is the only option. I put more fluid in (ATF w/Leak Preventer)...it only helped a few months and started right back. I eventually pulled out the hydraulics, and went with a fixed spoiler kit (manually adjustable) from eBay. The guy that builds them is on most of the pcar forums.

    The 1.0 Bar limit is because the wastegates are set to let boost beyond that out. AFTER you upgrade your exhaust and get a flash and your car is capable of producing more boost - then upgrade your wastegates (and possibly your Diverter Valves if needed).

    I have this installed. Allows me to adjust if necessary....but I usually leave it up.     I just started using the Continental DW Extremes. Had to go to 285 in the back, but they fit just fine. Ran the Tail of the Dragon on them and they did superb, and it was no joy ride either.

    Wow...here is what I found. Thank goodness an old original touch up paint bottle was still in the car. The code on the Bottle is: LST 0U2 Y3C" Which is listed here: http://www.zakparts.com/shop/article_LST%25200U2%2520Y3C/VAG---Amulet-Red---LY3C.html?sessid=5gMZlgodp7i42ExF4w91rNaihNSm4JNLwPIEPWHkr2lh7DSOEdN7buq7dPlHOK0e&shop_param=cid%3D11%26aid%3DLST%25200U2%2520Y3C%26 as "Volkswagen/Audi Amulet Red" and a paint code of "LY3C". Not the "Y83 9" listed on the paint code label. I am so sad, I now have "Amulet Red" and not "Guards Red" which sounded so much more manly.

    OK, now I am really confused. The real paint code sticker says, "Y83 9 Amulett Rot (Audi)" Does this mean my Porsche has Audi paint on it ?

    Nevermind - apparently the sticker under the hood is not the "paint code". Needed to look under Felt Liner. My bad.

    ON my options sticker, my paint code is listed as "L998 AH" But when I look up "Guards Red" it is listed as 84A. When I look for 998 - it is not listed anywhere. Car is: 2002 996 TT (Guards Red). Any reason why color does not match code# ? THanks

    Who did you find ? I was told Car Tunes in Roswell was good. -Chris
