Missing Tire Wrench + Flat Tire

The title says it all. This isn't actually my car, but my uncle's. He's stuck about a couple hundred miles away from any Porsche dealerships, is missing his original tool for the tires, and has a flat. Has anyone had this problem before or can think of a solution?

I think it's a ~2000 C4 Cab 6spd.

The wheel bolts are a standard 19 mm. Use a deep socket with electrical wrapped around it to avoid scratching the wheel.

If he has a torque wrench the wheel bolts should be torqued to 96 ft/lbs.

It appears it's the anti-theft wrench, which is apparently different than the regular one. I assume it needs to be purchased, but the dealerships are saying they need to have the car on site to give it to him, the VIN isn't enough.

If your uncle digs real deep into the porsche toolbag, he might find the anti-theft socket is in there, its a small socket that fits on the end of the standard lug wrench. Mine was deep inside the longest sleeve in the toolbag. Also have him check around the spare tire, like behind it incase the anti-theft socket rolled behind it. also the glove box and in the seat-back pockets.

Well, I looked in the manual and couldn't find anything written.

And I looked in the spare tire kit, and can't find the piece. But I also can't find where it would go anyway.

There's a styrofoam thing with the jack and lever and a faux leather pouch with seven sleeves, each with an accompanying tool: regular bolt tool, the long one used as a lever, a screwdriver, a long thin one with a hole on one end and threading on the other, one with threading and a large loop, a two-part tool that serves some Porsche purpose I don't know what and says "Klein" on it, and a regular wrench.

Where was this tool supposed to be? There's no pouches/places for it to go!

I also checked around the rest of the front compartment, but found nothing, other than some plastic stuff.

Yes, mine was in the styrofoam thing.. If you truly lost the unlocking thingie, you are somewhat screwed -at least in the short term. You can have the car flatbedded to a dealership where they will use the master set to remove the lock-nut. You can buy a set of easy-out type things to forcefully destroy the nut but you get one shot at this and if you fail then you are doubly screwed. You could put some air or goo in the tire if it's not a huge gash and drive to the dealership like that. Or you could find which bolt you had (if the # is written anywhere) and order the corresponding "remover" from Porsche. It's not pretty if you're in a bind...

When you are done, remove all 4 of those damned things and buy a set of 4 normal bolts so that it never happens again. It happened to me too and the dealership lost the unlocking nut from my car - they say they didn't but I know it wasn't me. Incredibly, the unlocking nut from my 1983 911SC matched the missing one from my car (no idea if that was stock or not, but there you go) ;-) very lucky....

After I bought mine, I found it in the little covered compartment on the hump between the seats where a cigarette lighter would go. It fits in there exactly if you have the lighter delete feature. I looked all over for it and found it there just by accident.

I´m sorry but can´t you use one of those foam cans that will seal the inner of the tire. It´s readly available here in Portugal at every Gas station and if needed afterwards you can always have the tyre taken out of the rim, washed and the puncture repaired
