Oxygen Sensors

Recommended Posts

What are the aftermarket sources for Oxygen sensors? I need a sapre for the track tool box.

Whihc ones do I need for a 2001 Non S. Are they the same sensor just different lengths of wire?

Thanks

E

Ethan:

Autohausaz.com has very good prices for Bosch O2 sensors that plug right in (Same as Porsche part without Porsche Part number on box).

If you are looking for the cheaper ones that require cutting/splicing for the Porsche connector, go to Bosch.com and look for suppliers.

Regards, Maurice.

I bought a Bosch sensor from AutoHausAZ.com, as Maurice suggests. Next time, I will buy the very inexpensive ones which just come with a pigtail and must be crimped onto the existing wiring harness.

Yes, the front and rear O2 sensors differ only in the length of the wire.

There's lots of great info on Mike Focke's O2 sensor page: http://mike.focke.googlepages.com/oxygensensors
